Hi! I’m Luna Greer, a guitar teacher based in sunny Los Angeles, California. I specialize in both classical and pop guitar, and I love helping students of all ages discover the joy of playing—whether it’s Bach or Beyoncé. I believe music should be fun, expressive, and a little bit magical, and my lessons are all about building skills while keeping the creative spark alive.

One thing I always tell my students is that I’m learning too—because I truly see myself as a lifelong student. Whether I’m exploring a new fingerstyle piece, geeking out over music theory, or learning a song a student brought in, I’m constantly growing right alongside them. That shared curiosity keeps my teaching fresh and collaborative, and it reminds my students that it’s okay to make mistakes and ask questions. That’s how we all get better.

Outside of lessons, I love writing my own music, sipping too much coffee, and going on spontaneous weekend hikes with my rescue dog, Nico. Teaching is one of my greatest joys because it lets me connect, create, and share something beautiful every single day.
