Hello! I’m Savannah Foster, a Salt Lake City–based piano teacher with a lifelong love for music and over two decades of experience helping students of all ages discover the joy of playing. I specialize in both classical and pop piano, and I believe music should be both meaningful and fun—whether you’re diving into Mozart or mastering your favorite radio hit.

Rooted in my faith and community, I’ve built a warm, encouraging teaching environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired. I’ve taught everyone from tiny beginners with dangling feet to seasoned adults coming back to the piano after years away. No matter your age or skill level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow.

My own training began in the classical tradition, but I’ve always had a soft spot for pop music and the way it connects people. I help students build a strong foundation in technique and theory, while also encouraging creativity, expression, and even a little improvisation when the moment calls for it.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me accompanying church services, performing locally, or playing duets with my students (which is one of my favorite parts of the job!). I truly believe music is a gift from God—and I’m here to help you share it.
